signed up as an associate broker of Century 21 Professionals, later renamed Century 21

Alliance One, the top franchise office of Century 21 Philippines. Her 10 year stint with the company established for her a solid foundation of steady professional and personal growth through Century 21’s progressive trainings conducted by local and Australian trainors and which were designed to equip associates with the latest knowledge, techniques, tools and skills in the real estate practice.

Now a proprietress of her own real estate office Property Catalyst Realty, she is
focused on residential and light commercial listings in her primary “farms” in Malate
and Makati and her secondary “farms” in Muntinlupa and Paranaque. She has, as well,
successfully managed the marketing of properties requiring extrajudicial settlements or subdivision and considers them her most rewarding experiences in terms of professional challenge and growth.

It was under her leadership as 2008 President that the Paranaque-Las Pinas-Alabang Realtors Board first received the highest recognition and award as “Most Outstanding Constituent Board” national level given annually by the mother board Philippine Association of Realtors Board.
